What is a Doula?
A doula provides non-medical physical, emotional and educational support to women and their families during pregnancy, birth and early postpartum.
Birth Doula Package

1 “meet and greet” appointment
-
2-3 additional prenatal appointments once the contract is signed and the initial deposit is paid.

I will be on call for you from 38-42 weeks of pregnancy or until your baby is born.

Continuous support during labor.

I provide 1-2 postpartum visits.

I am available via email and phone call up to 8 weeks postpartum.
Childbirth Education
A woman's body is designed to birth her baby! It is a beautiful, amazing process that can bring a multitude of emotions. The goal of this class is to learn how a woman's body is designed to give birth and to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. We will cover pregnancy through early postpartum.
